While spending Christmas at this hotel, we appreciated the impeccable cleanliness provided by the housekeeping staff. The friendly attitude of the workers made us feel at home. We also enjoyed the key location, which allowed us easy access to the nearby tourist attractions. Moreover, the room service was prompt and efficient and helped us make the most of our Christmas visit. while our stay at this hotel had its pros and cons, we still enjoyed a relaxing and memorable Christmas vacation with family.
We experienced some setbacks during our stay at this hotel. The air conditioning system in one of the two bedrooms was not functional, and it was a rather warm night. Furthermore, the connecting doors between the rooms and bathroom were inconvenient, and we had to open the bedroom door to access the bathroom, causing some discomfort. To add to this, the Wi-Fi was not working correctly, and we had difficulty accessing it, which was disappointing.

El hotel está muy limpio y tiene unas instalaciones excelentes, como una bonita terraza con un bar de confianza y un salón con nevera y microondas para uso de los clientes. El personal del hotel fue amable y atento, y el desayuno fue una opción muy conveniente.

Visiting with friends, we enjoyed the great location of this hotel, which was perfectly clean and staffed with incredibly nice employees. We loved that the rooms were spacious and that the bathroom was clean and well-equipped. Although the WiFi was spotty, we had some luck with it earlier in the stay. the breakfast was also pretty good, and we especially enjoyed the view from the room.
The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms wasn't working, which made it too hot at night.

We had a really great stay! Cleanliness in this hotel was remarkable, and we are not exaggerating. The staff was amazing too, super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. We loved the hotel facilities; they had everything we needed and more. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, and we had plenty of options to choose from.
Nothing, no complaints at all. Our stay in this city was perfect, and the hotel we stayed in exceeded our expectations in every aspect.
